goats birthday
ok my goats are turning 1 year old today and I would like to know how to make them a cake and what I should put in it?
Hahaha, you made my day with that request....ok here's a cake recipe for a goat
Ingredients:
1 TBSP golden flax powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
pinch cinnamon
pinch ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup multigrain multigrain hot cereal (we have whole oats, barley and wheat)
1/3 cup quick oats
1/4 cup coconut oil, liquid
7 TBSP water
1 TBSP molasses
1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded apple (no peel)
Mix together all the powders, then add the liquids and fruit. Mix well.
Grease a small pan (I used a 7 inch round one) and pat in the batter. Bake at 375degrees f for about 18-24 minutes or until well baked all the way through. Let it cool, then serve a small slice to your goat. You might even want some yourself. Enjoy! =D
