Arrange to spend the day together and make it really special by doing something memorable. Go on a hike, or romantic walk, somewhere special. Make it a long one and take a picnic with you. Remember to take your camera and snap some romantic pictures, they can be used to make great low cost gifts at a later date. (I'm thinking photo key rings and small framed prints).Write him a poem in his birthday card. Or if you're not too confident with this, search the web and use some-one else's poem, he'll never know! Cook him his favourite meal, candle lit of course with a bottle of fizz (doesn't need to be champagne, cava is great too) As to a gift? Well I think a wallet is a great idea, personal and practical. The first team have 15 mintures to hide from lifts to shop fitting rooms, behind clothes rails to wc's! The second team have to find them, when a person is found they join the finders team. Every-one keeps in touch by mobile phone. It's great fun and free! You can ask every-one to bring a small amount of cash with them so you can go for a burger or pizza after the game. Don't forget to take lots of pictures or video. A great day out, every-one's involved, lots of fun memories and it's free!
